The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for a range of tasks within the Payroll Team. You will have the chance to demonstrate your skills in analysis, time and task management, as well as your attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the payroll function
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Analyzing and resolving payroll issues
- Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements
- NCEA level 3 or relevant work experience
- At least 1 year's experience in working with electronic payroll systems and processes
- Understanding of human resource and payroll related legislation
- Ability to undertake shift work if needed
- High level of computer skill and use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- PeopleSoft and OneStaff experience would be advantageous
