**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support and coordinate our housekeeping team's daily activities, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Foster team motivation and growth by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
- Maintain high cleanliness and productivity standards, aligning with company guidelines to enhance guest experiences.
- Efficiently allocate rooms for team members during shifts to maintain an even workload distribution.
- Ensure safety standards are met, monitoring labour costs and conducting daily room inspections for quality assurance.
**Requirements:
- A sharp eye for detail and previous leadership experience in Housekeeping.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, along with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- The ability to think on your feet to keep things running smoothly throughout the day.
