As a Front of House Service Attendant at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, or Mt Hutt, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation, display, and service of food, processing orders, managing the operation of the POS, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.

About You

  • You must have a high level of personal presentation and hygiene, as well as experience in frontline customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • You should be able to multitask with ease, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • As Kaitiaki of the mountains, we value your commitment to our environment, people, and communities, and offer a range of benefits and opportunities to support your growth and development.

About the Role

  • Assist in the preparation, display, and service of food on a daily basis.
  • Process orders as per guest requirements, including table and bar service.
  • Manage the operation of the POS and balance takings at the end of each shift.
  • Buss tables, restock display cabinets, and maintain rubbish areas.
  • Assist guests with any requirements they may have.
  • Assist in other areas of the cafe, including the kitchen, as required.
