Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Facility Management Specialist to lead our Data Centre operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a small team, overall knowledge on how to coordinate a small team's workload, and able to deal with emergencies and conflict situations calmly and effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Overall knowledge on how to coordinate a small team's workload
  • Able to deal with emergencies and conflict situations calmly and effectively
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as computer equipment installations
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (day and night shift)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to troubleshoot customer and facility technical issues
