We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to further their career at Te Puni Kokiri in a Rohe that encourages the sharing of ideas, supports each other and is proactive in their approach.

Job Description

The Administrator will support the effective day-to-day operations of the office and the wider Rohe through developing and maintaining effective working relationships with our Advisors, Te Tari Matua kaimahi (National Office) and a range of stakeholders.

The role involves working collaboratively with other Administrators in the Rohe and supporting kaimahi in providing a professional, seamless service to the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Kaitaki a-Rohe (Regional Director) and Manukura (Team Leaders)
  • Managing office security and emergency procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated administrative support experience, with the ability to set tasks and self-manage work
  • A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ideally, you can type at a minimum of 75 words per minute
