Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock management, including placing orders, counting received stock, and processing it through the system.
  • Maintain display shelves, ensuring all products are priced correctly.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks and report on results.
  • Enter shop stock transfers, assist with stock takes, and daily balancing of the cash till and EFTPOS terminal with shop sales.
  • Assist with pool enquiries over the telephone or in-person using the company script.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and clients.
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance duties.

Requirements:
  • Industry experience in the pool industry (not essential).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
