Real Estate Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to join our team in Rotorua. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic portfolio of rental properties and providing exceptional service to clients.
About the Role- Manage property advertising, viewings, and tenancy applications
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Monitor rent arrears and ensure timely financial processing
