Job Description

Raised at Robert Walters New Zealand, we're looking for a skilled full stack developer who will play a key role in shaping our company culture and contributing to our mission. As a senior developer you will be responsible for leading projects from concept through delivery to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of web application technologies to develop dynamic web applications.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure systems that meet customer requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver targeted solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate project progress.
  • Mentor junior developers to advance their skills and expertise.

What You'll Bring

  • At least four years experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Expertise in front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong understanding of database management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
