The Fleet Service Technician Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fleet Service Technician in Matamata. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' fleet vehicles by performing tyre maintenance, on-site and in-store servicing and fitting, and maintaining accurate records and job cards.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Perform tyre maintenance and replacement services
• Provide on-site and in-store servicing and fitting
• Maintain accurate records and job cards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
• Strong technical aptitude with good mechanical experience or skills
• To be physically fit and able to carry out manual work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently to carry out work to a high standard
