At Tangram, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our Invercargill team. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service within the agreed timeframe.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader, inspiring their team to achieve their best for the betterment of the business. They will be well-planned and able to juggle gaps in the program to minimize staff downtime, maintaining a clear focus on forward workload.
This leadership position requires a clear communicator who understands client needs and ensures quality communication that allows clients to make informed decisions. Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential; ideally from a trade or industry background in diesel/commercial vehicles, with proven leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include managing 6+ staff directly while liaising with the Branch Manager, Office Manager, and Parts Manager to ensure cohesive team goals. All applications will be treated with absolute confidence.
