The Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of cargo through our Container Terminal. Your main duties will include:
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to meet critical deadlines.
  • Producing and processing accurate and efficient cargo documentation.
  • Planning, coordinating, and controlling cargo flow through the terminal.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • A proven track record in customer service.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, with experience in logistics databases being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
A tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or cargo management systems would be advantageous.
