We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Property Strategy & Leasing to join our Property team based in Wellington. This newly created position will be at the forefront of implementing property strategy to drive strategic and operational performance of a property portfolio.

This role reports to and supports the Head of Property, ensuring the delivery of property and asset planning, workspace strategy and management, and property investment and delivery align with ACC's needs. You'll bring thought leadership on how property solutions enable ACC.

You'll also be responsible for managing the external Property Management provider, ensuring key landlord relationships are well managed and critical relationships are maintained with high levels of customer service.

This is a permanent role with a base salary range of $138,301 - $195,248 and 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
