The Job Description

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring each customer has a great experience in our store. Your key focus will be on providing guidance around our products, upselling where possible, and processing sales at the till.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide genuine service and create lasting impressions with our customers
  2. Develop superstar selling skills that contribute to store sales performance
  3. Be a team player and contribute towards the store's success
  4. Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom
  5. Process stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A natural ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience is ideal, but not necessary
  • An interest in automotive is a plus
