As a key member of the Brandt Tractor team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability. The successful candidate will lead our Rotorua sales team, leveraging their expertise to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

About the Role:

This full-time, permanent position requires regular travel within the surrounding area and between locations of responsibility. You will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving market share and profitability.

  • You will measure your success primarily in three key categories:

Customer Satisfaction:

As an experienced sales professional, you will use your negotiation and relationship management skills to build strong customer relationships, solidifying Brandt Tractor's reputation as a leader in customer satisfaction.

Financial Performance:

You will set goals and budgets that are backed by your team's ability to operationalize and respond to external demands, using your industry knowledge and commercial acumen.

Leadership and Development:

With your experience and success in sales, you will be able to develop and elevate the team you lead, creating a culture of shared success, ongoing development, operational excellence, and integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for people leadership, continuous improvement, and a drive to succeed and see their team succeed. They will have prior experience in sales, a strong understanding of the industry and wider agricultural sector, and proven success in creating and maintaining healthy profitable customer relationships.
