Casual General Hand Marshaller Job Description

In this role, you will work as part of our dynamic team, handling cargo operations efficiently and accurately. Your tasks will include ticketing and tallying logs, loading and unloading cargo from vessels, and moving it in/out of storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Logs – Stapling tickets on logs for tracking
  • Tallying – Counting, barcode scanning, manually recording, and marking cargo being loaded/unloaded from vessels or moved in/out of storage

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and safety-consciousness
  • Hold a Full Class 1 driver's license (preferred)
