Business Development and Leadership
This Is An It Support Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive business growth and lead the New Zealand TTS team. As Head of New Zealand Treasury and Trade Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue growth, expand client relationships, and enhance product offerings.

About the Role
This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of the banking industry, client needs, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Lead the New Zealand TTS team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Bank and Cluster teams, to deliver the global network to clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in banking or finance
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, client needs, and market trends
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
