About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is looking to take on a leadership role. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor sales performance targets for each sales representative against regional budgets.
- Carry out weekly one-on-one meetings with each sales representative and spend time with them in the field to build relationships with customers.
- Personally service and manage primary Key Accounts within your region and mentor potential successors to take over or support these accounts.
- Assist with reviewing area operating cost reports to identify variances from budget and maintain a cost/output focus on activities.
