Job Description
We're looking for a highly capable UX design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading-edge digital design, a great understanding of interaction design principles, and a strong foundation in design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and branding.

Responsibilities
As a UX design specialist, you'll work closely with the engineering team to deliver sophisticated digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Your tasks may include:

  • Designing user experiences for mobile and web applications
  • Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating with product managers to prioritize features and identify customer pain points

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in interaction design or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Extensive experience in a leading-edge digital or UX design company and practices
  • A great understanding of concepts of interaction design, user testing, and user experience
  • A foundation of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, color theory, and branding
