We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Christchurch. Reporting to the Operations Manager & Day-to-Day Site/Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality HVAC Mechanical installations that meet all contractual obligations.
  2. Working closely with the Site Manager and/or Project Manager to ensure the financial success of projects.
  3. Leading by example, demonstrating effective leadership and motivating the HVAC Mechanical site installation team.
  4. Providing focus and support to ensure the team delivers a consistent, high-quality, professional, and efficient service to all head contractors/clients.

To be successful, a candidate will require:

  • A strong HVAC Mechanical background with an understanding of design and/or construction skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the HVAC Mechanical industry, preferably with a HVAC Mechanical background in an installation environment.
  • 5 years post-trade experience.
  • Proven experience in supervising an HVAC Mechanical installation team (pipe fitters & duct erectors) with a passion for delivering high-quality customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Foreman who has a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, is highly motivated, and possesses a 'can-do' attitude. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sound industry and product knowledge, and a high degree of initiative.
