Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager / Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a newly created role that will involve working closely with our business directors and their teams to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our office operations, including compliance and HR tasks. They will also assist with the development of new systems and processes to improve our efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous office experience in office management, compliance, and HR is advantageous.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong sense of initiative, ability to work independently, and think for themselves.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a busy working environment.
  • Technical savvy, able to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software.
  • Able to work well independently while contributing to a team environment.
