Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in compost processing or a similar industry, with a strong focus on technical and analytical skills. They should demonstrate effective leadership abilities and a commitment to environmental compliance and sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing and coordinating activities associated with in-vessel and open windrow composting processes to optimise breakdown and output quality.
  • Overseeing blended media formulations, batching processes and costings to meet customer requirements.
  • Providing day-to-day direction to the Operations Team.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and controlling feedstock material, in-vessel and open windrow composting processes, finished product specifications, and bulk additives.
