We're looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive business growth across markets. As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing brand marketing growth plans that achieve business objectives for the Millie Moon brand, including:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for Millie Moon's global markets in line with best-in-class FMCG brand marketing practice
- Leading go-to-market strategies and activations for Millie Moon's new markets, retailers and NPD launches
- Leading 360 marketing campaigns from concept to completion, bringing them to life by building strong relationships with external agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams
- Gathering and analysing data and insights from external sources such as the market, customers, prospects, and industry analysts, as well as internal sources such as customer service and sales, to understand customers' needs and apply these insights to marketing strategies & tactics
You'll also oversee digital marketing campaigns & performance, collaborating closely with internal Digital Marketing Team and manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, reporting to the Head of Marketing on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend.
