**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Guide and empower your self-led team to provide high-quality care
- Support and coach your team members to achieve their full potential
- Assist with resident and family meetings, and arrange team meetings as needed
- Orientate new caregivers to ensure they integrate seamlessly into the team

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**
- Level 4 qualification (or working towards)
- Minimum 3 years caregiving experience
- Eligibility to work in NZ permanently
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
