About the Role
EIT Te Pukenga is seeking a well-organized Enrolment Officer to provide quality administrative support to our International Student enrolments. This role involves overseeing the enrolment process, liaising with campus staff, and ensuring accurate student records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international student enrolments, including receipting, coding, and reconciliation of fees
• Handle daily receipting, coding, and reconciliation of international fees
• Support students with visa applications, ensuring compliance with Immigration New Zealand regulations
• Process student insurance payments, update records, and ensure valid insurance coverage

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Intermediate accounting skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively in a team
• Understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and appreciation of diverse cultures
