Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the chef in preparation and cooking of food
  • Follow direction toward portion control cooking standards and wastage
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
  • Assist in planning and revising menus as needed
  • Check and manage inventory of ingredients

The ideal candidate is a team player with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Asian cuisine.
