Client Relations Associate

This is an excellent opportunity to manage customer service processes independently and support the Technical Sales Representative in maintaining an updated database of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Handling incoming calls and emails, taking orders, and assisting customers with enquiries.
- Processing purchase orders and completing invoices for low-volume, high-value items.
- Monitoring inventory levels and overseeing product dispatch.
- Coordinating with the production team and warehouse to resolve issues and communicate delays to customers.
- Participating in daily production meetings and escalating customer-impacting issues, as well as attending sales meetings to discuss potential new customers.
- Supporting the sales arm by calling past customers to verify contact details and identifying new potential customers, making appointments for the Technical Sales Representative when possible.
