About the Role
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, grow market preference, and strengthen the presence of our allocated brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of brand management, promotional innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans that align with brand objectives
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all initiatives and communications
- Drive promotional activities and campaigns that achieve measurable ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximise brand visibility and retail performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand principals, retailers, and media agencies
- Analyse market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Manage A&P budgets and forecasting processes
- Lead cross-functional projects, from new product development to retail merchandising strategies
About You
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with:
- A passion for FMCG and beauty brands
- Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in brand management or a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to work collaboratively
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
- Experience working with NZ retailers (desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
