Read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure all welds meet required structural integrity and safety standards.

Conduct welding inspections to maintain top-notch quality and meet specifications.

Collaborate with the team to hit deadlines and meet project goals.

Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols.

**Requirements**

Ticketed Stick Welder, Valid Working at Heights certification, Valid EWP certification, and Valid Site Safe (or ability to gain the qualification).

Previous experience in structural steel fabrication or construction is preferred.
