Join our team at Trico Equipment as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic and take on a challenging and rewarding role As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing our range of heavy construction equipment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Key responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance, as well as keeping detailed records of services and repairs performed. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing construction and earthmoving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.

A NZ Diesel Mechanic qualification Level 4 or minimum of 3 years' NZ heavy diesel working experience is essential, along with proven experience working with construction and earthmoving equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
