About the Project
">The HRIS & Payroll transformation project aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Auckland Council's payroll processes. As the Head of Communications Project Delivery, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
">About You
">To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar communications role within a large complex setting, and a tertiary qualification in business, communications or public relations. You will also have high-level proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the project.
- Create targeted communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as an expert advisor to leadership on communication matters.
- Manage external communications with partners, vendors, and the public.
- Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and prepare regular reports for senior management.
