The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Nurse in the Patient at Risk (PAR) service. As a key member of the PAR team, you will provide 24/7 nursing-led support to acutely unwell patients on the wards and facilitate communication with the Intensive Care Unit (ICCU). This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or have a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth. Experience in projects/initiatives that give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks is highly desirable, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
