Job Overview
This is an exceptional opportunity for an operator with previous GMP Manufacturing experience looking to expand their knowledge and exposure with world-class Pharmaceutical products. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, from start to finish. This includes operating and monitoring equipment, maintaining records, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
  • Document production activities accurately and in real-time
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of manufacturing schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department

Requirements:
Prior experience in a GMP environment
Excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Able to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
A working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
