We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our team at Rotorua Hospital's Outpatients Department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day functioning of our outpatient clinics, including setting up rooms and managing patient flow.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide excellent patient care and support.
  • You will be required to have a proficient understanding of infection control and maintain high standards of hygiene in our department.
  • You will assist with ordering and monitoring stock levels, ensuring that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.
  • You will have opportunities to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a talented and supportive team.

About Our Team

Our current team of 15 Registered Nurses and 1 Healthcare Assistant are based in the Outpatient department of the Rotorua Hospital. Patients attend booked appointments across all medical and surgical services from orthopaedics to Gynaecology.
