**Job Overview**

The L&D Compliance Specialist III is a key member of the FDBT Learning and Development team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs across the organization. This includes applying adult learning principles and instructional design to ensure trainee competency and meet learning needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and plan, and independently complete administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Designs and implements L&D processes and tools such as Training Rubrics
  • Scheduling and delivery of key training (such as New Hire Quality training)
  • Writes and revises procedural instruction as required

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice requirements and regulation
  • Lead complex small scale training projects to a successful conclusion
  • Identify and prioritize learning needs
