Job Summary
As a Bioprocess Specialist at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of medium to large-scale filtration and chromatographic systems. Your expertise in process control, quality assurance, and team collaboration will contribute significantly to our mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain complex bioprocessing equipment, including Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and Chromatographic systems
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, buffer formulation records, and batch production records
• Collaborate with senior staff to implement project safety and quality assurance programs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to cGMP regulations
• Train junior team members on GMP standards and practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field
• 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience in GMP or regulated industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
