We're seeking a skilled professional to fill a fixed-term position as a Project Coordinator at our Albany Support Centre. This role is instrumental in delivering efficient travel logistics across the programme.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and the Change Partners and Communications team to develop and execute engagement strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.

Your Key Contributions:

  • Plan and coordinate travel and logistics for the Programme, including booking travel arrangements, managing budgets and tracking expenses for Support Centre and Store Teams.
  • Organize Logistics and Travel planning meetings, take minutes and distribute them to the project team.
  • Keep up-to-date Logistics and Travel calendars.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Logistics and Travel Reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and share Logistics and Travel Budget Reporting information as needed.
  • Support the Programme Leadership with administrative and governance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative support role or project-related field.
  • Proven ability to interact with stakeholders, take minutes and perform related tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation abilities.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and be flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, preferably Office 365.
