Job Summary
This full-time role involves press and expanding coil fins and hairpins, and bending completed coils to meet engineered designs and specifications before brazing and assembly in the manufacture of air conditioners.

About You
We are looking for an experienced candidate with skills in machines for pipe work, cutting, and bending. You should be able to understand drawings specifying pipe length and diameter, and have computer literacy for programming machines. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and dimensions, strong understanding of safe work practices, and good team player with reliable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities
Determine the size of coils and adjust tooling; select appropriate dies for pressing and expansion tasks; load programs into the Logic Processor; identify and cross-check drawings with fin spacing and fin length; measure the length and fin space of coils; make adjustments to meet specifications; change tooling to suit specific requirements; read and interpret technical drawings, including circuits, headers, and hairpin end plates.
