The position of Full-time Dental Assistant at Lumino Rototuna offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be tasked with supporting our clinicians during various dental procedures, ensuring best practice standards are upheld and the best patient care is provided to every patient.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills. Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but not essential. We are committed to investing in our people and providing opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clinicians during dental procedures, such as taking X-rays, sterilising instruments, and preparing materials.
  • Provide patient care and education, such as teaching them proper oral hygiene techniques.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for use.
  • Stock and order dental supplies.
