Job Description
This role involves leading the recruitment, training, and development of facilitators and tutors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality online and face-to-face learning experiences. The successful candidate will design and implement training programs, foster a culture of pedagogical innovation, and support faculty in enhancing online, blended, and hybrid teaching.


Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in a relevant project management role, ideally in an academic environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and/or team leadership.
  • Knowledge of developing structured frameworks for recruiting, contracting, and supporting facilitators and/or tutors.
  • Pedagogical innovation and best practices to be able to integrate modern teaching methodologies.
  • Experience promoting and leading learning, blended learning, and online workshops.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clear and accurate report writing skills.
