About this Role
A key team member is stepping away, creating an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate-level candidate to join an established and busy commercial practice. This role reports to a Director and works closely alongside senior solicitors, such as Associates, Consultants, and Special Counsel.
The practice areas include:
- Business advice
- Business sales and purchases
- Contracts
- Commercial and company law
- Property law and conveyancing (including residential, rural, and commercial)
- Trusts and estate planning and wills
Your client base will consist of long-standing and high-calibre individuals and organisations, covering various industries in the region.
You will have the flexibility to broaden your expertise and explore different areas of law, ensuring well-rounded professional development.
