As a Tool Pool Warehouse Operation Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your tasks will involve inspecting equipment and tools regularly, performing necessary maintenance, and calibrating them when required. Effective management of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality control checks, is critical to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Collaboration and effective communication with various stakeholders, such as vendors, logistics teams, and colleagues, are indispensable. This position may require working in a warehouse environment and occasional local travel for business purposes. Maintaining flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if needed, is also a requirement.

In this role, you will contribute to upholding Hitachi Energy's core values by demonstrating a commitment to safety and integrity. This involves being accountable for your actions and prioritizing the well-being of your colleagues and the company.

  • A-Level or Diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
  • Holding a valid Class-3 driving license
  • Forklift certification is advantageous
  • Good physical health and practical ability

Applicants should possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel). Strong English language skills, encompassing both written and spoken communication, are a must.
