IB Business Management Content Developer

Crimson Education is a leading global education company that provides innovative resources and tools to help students achieve academic success. As part of our mission to revolutionize the future of education, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for an expert in IB Business Management to develop high-quality content for our Revision Village platform. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the IB Curriculum requirements and subject-specific pedagogy, as well as strong content development skills. They will work closely with our Head of IB Content and Product Manager to create engaging and effective practice questions and video explanations for our IB Curricula.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop IB-style practice questions and solutions for Revision Village's IB Curricula in alignment with provided specifications
* Create video explanations for Revision Village's IB-style questions in alignment with provided specifications
* Have an expert-level understanding of the IB Curriculum requirements and subject-specific pedagogy
* Respond positively and productively to feedback provided by the Head of Business Management Content
* Measure product performance using agreed metrics with key stakeholders and provide regular reporting on the process
Requirements
* Highly proficient in the content of IB Business Management
* IB Business Management teaching and/or tutoring experience highly preferred
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced role, juggling multiple deadlines
* Demonstrated content development skills and experience in the IB Curriculum (preferred but not essential)
* Uncompromising focus on perfection and high personal standards
* Advanced interpersonal skills to problem solve in high-pressure situations
