About the Role

In Technology Operations Delivery (TOD), we deliver technology solutions which include new initiatives, significant system upgrades, and remediation activity to support the wider Tech Ops domain and our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in a domain focused on foundational technology projects and initiatives that underpin the bank's platforms.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and technology partners to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Participate in the analysis domain through mentoring/coaching, as well as identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.

This includes being part of a domain where you will be exposed to foundational technology projects/initiatives that underpin the bank's platforms. You will build and maintain effective relationships with peers, colleagues, managers, and other key stakeholders; anticipating and responding to evolving customer needs through controlling and delivering project communications.
