About the Role: As a Senior Solution Advisor at Datacom, you will be responsible for solving clients' service experience objectives. This means you will work closely with customers to design and propose operational solutions that meet their business needs while aligning with Datacom's growth aspirations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution design: Interpreting client requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Lead qualification: Identifying potential sales opportunities and coordinating with Datacom teams to support sales activity.
  • Writing and managing sales responses: Developing formal proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to secure new business.
  • Relationship building: Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with aligned customer base and senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Working with regional teams to support remote sales capabilities and ensuring commercial and reporting standards are met.

You'll Bring: A healthy curiosity about how things work, a passion for breaking down complex problems, and strong business acumen. You should be comfortable working independently, yet making a noise when needed. Your extensive experience in contact centre operations, ideally in a BPO environment, is essential, as well as your understanding of CX technologies like CCaaS and CAI platforms.
