We are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients and are committed to building a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with multiple and/or chronic health conditions, disabilities, injury, strokes, fractures, and declining function related to age and frailty.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current annual practicing certificate as a New Zealand Enrolled Nurse.
  • Nursing experience that includes working with stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly, and other neurological conditions.
  • A strong understanding of optimising patient outcomes and facilitating effective rehabilitation.
