Key Responsibilities

As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Processing transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintaining high standards of product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain visual merchandising displays.
  • Executing back-of-house operations, including inventory management, stocktakes, and reconciliations.
