About the Role:

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role within a main contractor or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and procurement: Expertise in accurately estimating project costs and procuring materials and services.
  • Subcontractor management: Experience in managing subcontractors, including communication, negotiation, and quality control.
  • Tender preparation and analysis: Strong analytical skills to prepare and analyze tenders, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Pricing management: Ability to manage pricing throughout the tender process, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
