About the Role
As a key member of our digital team, you will drive online growth and enhance customer experience across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic digital space and be part of a passionate team at Macpac.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online category strategies in collaboration with Merchandising and ECommerce leadership.
- Define the online product range, including brand extensions and online-exclusive offerings.
- Drive online sales, optimise margin strategies, and achieve budgeted revenue and EBIT targets.
- Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to optimize online trading performance.
- Implement eCommerce trading and merchandising initiatives as part of the broader digital strategy.
- Foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members, and enhance eCommerce expertise.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Trading, Merchandising, and Merchandising Strategy. You will also have a track record of achieving online sales targets and driving growth through eCommerce initiatives.
