Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Taupo. The successful candidate will oversee the CWNOC Maintenance Contract and ensure that work meets client and stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving targets for productivity, budget, quality, and safety.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage all maintenance operations across the entire CWNOC Contract Network
- Strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring we deliver as promised, every time
- Grow and develop the team by providing clear, positive leadership
- Ensure contracts are delivered as expected
- Collaborate with the BOP Maintenance Manager and CWNOC Contract Manager to retain and enhance current business, and explore opportunities for new business
