You will create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for insurance processes, leveraging your expertise in General Insurance (P&C), with claims experience being highly beneficial.

**Requirements:**

  • Mid-Senior level experience in IT or related field
  • Proven track record in process documentation and SOP development
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies
